Its competitors like Novell, Sun and Oracle are scrambling to create a multi-company training network to contend with this Microsoft-controlled training system, but it is an unfortunate fact that our countrys whole system of technical education is being distorted as it becomes one more tool for Microsofts monopolistic goals.
