Tremendous value--You have a returning customer. I purchased 2 of these and one is already broken and the other is very chipped. It didn't come very sharp but it took me less than five minutes to fix that. but over all cool sword only problem was loose wrapping on handle note to ad a lot lighter than expected swings easy one handed it is a cool sword. Killer Sword! Really feels good in my arm, plus it holds a really good edge no matter what I put it through. The handle broke into 3 pieces. so unless they resend another one that isn't a lemon, which I would return this one, I will just look at other sites and pay the extra $ and pray. Made in China as you could guess, but seems a pretty solid job; cant go wrong with Carbon Steel.
Weight is definitely there so, just be sure you've got the muscle if you intend to swing it.

The pommel twists all the way round now and if I can figure out how to get it off I would make my own handle and pommel. the metal is good and even though the handle feels fake and shakes side to side and the gard is hollowed out its still a awsome sword due to the meatal blade. But the one i received is great well made sword. The weight alone makes it a must buy as one swing could easily disarm an opponent (literally as well). First purchase from Bud, maybe the last. the pommel and hand guard: the hand guard needs a drop of gorilla glue on each side it swells and locks in place, then the grip i used tightly bound rope since the tang was a little thin. For $30, this sword is outstanding. Its awesome! The handle is big enough to get another hand on it to assist, if needed, in a big swing. It's a sturdy, sharp product for a GREAT price. and a long swords becomes a super wicked machete/clever. Cross guard and pommel are hollow (I knew this before buying), so I'm replacing them with solid blackened stainless. Verified Purchase. Beautifully made and very sturdy. It's like I said before. Then I drilled holes and milled out the spaces in between so that I had cut out a space in each guard for the tang to fit through. Simply pop off the top plate on the handle, shim the inside of the wooden handle, use some liquid glue to fill the void and reattach the top but add a lock washer. So just put it on the wall and don't try tightening or loosening the handle since the nut floats freely , at least on mine. All I can say is, Long live the King! And at best, it is a sturdy, well made replica. I would have rather paid a few dollars more for a sheath then not be able to carry it??? Display. I received it quickly along with my Spartan pocket knive 'and free hat' double awesome! Taking the butt cap cover off (use a utility knife to pick under the edge), there was some white hard chalky stuff I am guessing is the pass-off for epoxy.
